The main task in reconstruction of the spaces of the store SKYTECH.LT UAB which is engaged in trade in computer and digital equipment was functional design of the main and auxiliary premises and design of the trading room and online self-service, goods collection, staff, storehouse and toilet premises. As this is a continuous project implemented in cooperation with the same company (in 2013, the office design of the company was implemented), the same design principles were maintained and the same style was chosen, i.e. dress pattern shapes of furniture and elements and dominance of archomatic black and white colours were used in the main space of the showroom, the colours were brightened with proprietary green colour accents. In order to strengthen the futuristic style of the interior, geometrical shapes were chosen for the main elements of the interior (suspended ceiling, showcases, reception desk furniture etc.). The main accent of the trading room is five showcases of dress pattern shapes which are visually integrated with the pattern in the floor. The pattern is arranged like a chain leading the customer towards the self-service terminal where the customer can see the goods and order them by himself/herself. The lighting designed taking account of the function is of three types, i.e. main lighting (illuminating the suspended ceiling), additional functional lighting (additionally illuminating the showcases and the show windows in niches and staff area) and accent lighting (highlighting the main elements of the interior). We make a gift of futuristic time capsule bringing one step to tomorrow to the users of computer and digital equipment. Year of completion: 2015 Area: 125.6 m²
