The apartment in Vilnius Old Town in a new house of modern architecture is intended for rent. The concept of the apartment is contrasts: strict, clear shares are combined with dress patent, curved line shapes and light and dark colours. The main accent is mint colour painted plywood volume of strict shapes with open pores which intersects the anthracite corridor space in the kitchen-sitting room area. Kitchen household appliances, i.e. a refrigerator, an oven and a dishwasher, are integrated in the mint suspended volume, a wardrobe is integrated and the door of the bathroom are hidden in the corridor. White, dress pattern ceiling covers the spaces of the apartment, forms niches for hidden lighting, the volume of the ceiling in the kitchen envelops and hides a range hood and integrated functional lighting. Natural wooden floor and plywood furniture prevail in the whole apartment.
