Interior design

Interior design consists of the following stages:

I stage
  • Offer stylistics and a conceptual solution for the interior, discuss it during consultations and agree upon it with the customer.
  • Prepare a zoning plan for the premises.
  • Prepare a layout plan for furniture and plumbing fixtures, in accordance with the agreed zoning plan for the premises.
II stage
  • Choose finishing materials and interior elements (doors, plumbing, switch design, etc.), according to the agreed concept.
  • Choose the furniture design.
  • Choose the lamp design.
  • Provide the customer with visualisations that illustrate the spaces.

III stage
  • Prepare a plan of the walls to be demolished / built if necessary, according to the project.
  • Prepare a ceiling plan.
  • Prepare a plan of the lighting points and switches.
  • Prepare a socket plan.
  • Prepare a plan of the plumbing inlet points.
  • Prepare a floor covering plan.
  • Prepare characteristic wall layouts or sections, if necessary for the implementation of the design project.
IV stage
  • The supervision of the implementation of the interior is carried out by the developer, if necessary.
